Job Responsibilities
- Ability to Develop Sales Plan, Strategy and lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
- Maintaining good relationship with customer/dealer.
- Candidate should visit market on daily basis.
- Need to meet individual sales target on a monthly basis.
- Highly knowledgeable on electronics market.
- Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
- Conduct market survey on competitor’s activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
- To look after customer/dealer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
- Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management
