Job Context
A reputed 100% export based Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for potential candidates as Production Manager (Garments) for its factory office located at Gazipur .

Job Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production related all activities of a production unit of 30 lines (consisting 600 machines) of the garments factory effectively & efficiently.
- The ideal candidate have to ensure timely production of knit garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
- Candidates who have hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum HSC Pass.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which 3 years in Manager Position.
- The candidate should have proven leadership skills
- The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
- Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
- Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere & ready to work under stress
