Job Responsibilities

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics

• Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Call Center, Customer query management, Customer Service
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  BPO/ Data Entry Firm, E-commerce

Additional Requirements

• Experience in E-commerce industry will get preference
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
