Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the current portfolio of the business efficiency
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Answer queries on compensation and benefit matters of Customer
- Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
- Willing to visit clients regularly and marketing will be considered as added advantage.
- Work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Operate Computer & Software related work
- Must be proficiency of MS Office & Excel.
