Job Location: Dhaka (transferrable anywhere in Bangladesh)

Job Responsibilities

Ability to achieve monthly Retail Liability/ Asset products sell targets
Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets
Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base
Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers
Analysis Of financial Status to evaluate the credit worthiness Of the client
Coordinate with line manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly report
Promote specific products as directed by upper management
Any other business development activities assigned by the Management

Educational Requirements

Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline from reputed universities with no Third Division

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Minimum 1 (one) year experience in selling deposit & loan products in Banks or NBFIs
Result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
Pleasant and presentable personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and target oriented
Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level
Geographic mobility and flexibility

Gross Salary BDT 12,000 – BDT 24,000 per month (Varies based on experience) • + Conveyance Allowance • + Sales Commission based on performance • Two Festival Bonuses • Other admissible benefits as per Bank’s policy
