Job Responsibilities

  • To perform all front desk activities on a daily basis and maintain quality customer service.

  • To follow up day to day RSP services and find out the Risk in terms of quality assurance.

  • To produce feedback to customer Complains of a priority basis and handle critical customers.

  • To meet the compliance of sales procedures.

  • To prepare the daily operational Reports from system and manual for supervisor as per management required.

  • To upsell and cross-sell as per target.

  • To maintain inventory individual level and WIC level.

Full-time, Contractual

Educational Requirements
  • Must be graduated from any reputed University/ Institutions.

Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements
  • Age 21 to 32 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference.

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good oral communication skill.
  • Good listening skill and analytical skill.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.

Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Narsingdi, Dhaka (Savar)

Salary

TK 10000-12000 monthly
