Job Context
- This position assists the Managing Director of BD Finance in managing day to day activities by taking on business coordination and administrative tasks. This position provides a unique opportunity to work with top management for business coordination and access to data analytics for ensuring precise support to the Managing Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects as assigned by the managing director related to diverse lines of business, community and activities;
- Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the managing director, includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate;
- Acting as a first point of contact, prepares and sends business and private correspondence;
- All sorts of drafting; compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems;
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry & related markets;
- Any other activities as and when assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
- Masters in English/ Bangla, MBA/ BBA from UGC approved reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Communication, Business Coordination, Personal Secretary
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 32 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Bangla;
- High Proficiency in MS Office and tech-savvy ;
- Trustworthy with Impeccable moral standards;
- Professionalism in appearance & attitude;
- Highly organized, Flexible, Able to adapt quickly, Handle multiple tasks and prioritize issues, Self-Directed with Sound Judgment, Detail-oriented, Deadline-driven, and Confident with exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Experience of coordination with different regulatory bodies will be an added advantage;
- Experience of overseas communication will be an added advantage;
- 2-3 years of relevant experiences is preferred. Freshers who think of taking new challenges and will be able to meet the objectives are encouraged to apply.
