Village Development Agency
Village Development Organization (GROUS) has been working in various unions since 2003 as an NGO for socio-economic development in Muktagachha Upazila,
establishing women’s empowerment through (agriculture and work based) training. The organization has been implementing the project with funding from Bangladesh NGO Foundation, Association for Land Reform and Development and Coast Trust.
Job Responsibilities: All work must be done on time as per the instructions of the manager.

Salary:
The first six months will be considered as apprenticeship period, after six months if the work assigned by the organization
is considered satisfactory in the eyes of the authorities,Will be treated as permanent staff.
Total Salary as Apprentice Staff – Rs. 10,000 / – and Total Salary as Permanent Staff – Rs. 12,000 / –
